How do I sign up and pay for flatfair No Deposit?

Your letting agent must create the No Deposit plan before you can sign up. flatfair then sends each named tenant an invitation to review the tenancy details, accept the terms and pay the amount shown.

How to complete No Deposit signup

1. Open the invitation sent to the email address your agent provided.
2. Check your name, the property address, the monthly rent and the other named tenants.
3. Read the No Deposit explanation, fee, cancellation information and terms.
4. Complete any identity, account or confirmation steps shown.
5. Pay your personal fee using one of the payment methods offered in the secure checkout.
6. Keep the confirmation email and sign in to check the plan status.

Should I pay if the tenancy details are wrong?

No. Stop before accepting or paying and ask your agent to correct the plan. In particular, check:

• the legal names of all tenants;
• the full property address;
• the rent and rent-payment frequency;
• the tenancy start information; and
• your personal fee.

Does my payment make the plan active?

Not always. Other tenants may still need to complete their steps, and the agent or flatfair may need to finish plan checks. Treat the plan as active only when its status confirms this.

What if I cannot open or use the link?

Do not ask another person to pay through an invitation addressed to you. Check your spam folder, use the latest invitation and confirm that you are signing in with the invited email address. If the problem continues, ask the agent to check the email address or contact flatfair with the property address and a description of the error.
