In the event that flatfair's end of tenancy team has been unable to obtain payment from an outstanding invoice, they will have to refer the case to our collections manager for further action.
If your case is passed to our collections manager, they will contact you and we would urge you to work with them in settling your debt. Please note that failure to do so may result in additional fees being incurred with further collections activity, which you are liable for under our terms and may result in legal action. This can negatively impact your financial footprint.
