Your No Deposit plan is active only when your flatfair account shows an active status or flatfair has confirmed activation in writing. Paying your own fee does not always activate the whole household plan.
How to check the No Deposit status
- Sign in using the email address that received your No Deposit invitation.
- Open the tenancy with the correct property address.
- Check that the product is “No Deposit”.
- Read the current plan status and any outstanding action shown.
- Keep the activation confirmation with your tenancy records.
Why might the plan still be pending?
- another named tenant has not completed signup or payment;
- a payment has failed or is still processing;
- the agent needs to correct or confirm tenancy details;
- a reference, guarantor or eligibility step is incomplete; or
- flatfair is reviewing information for the plan.
Can I move in while the plan is pending?
Ask the agent. A pending invitation or payment receipt is not proof that the No Deposit plan is active, and flatfair cannot decide when the landlord should release keys. The agent should confirm the tenancy and deposit arrangement before move-in.
What if I believe the status is wrong?
Ask the agent to check the plan first. If flatfair support is needed, provide your name, property address, account email, payment reference and the status shown. Do not send full card or bank-security information.
