If there’s a disagreement between any parties to a No Deposit plan, you can refer your dispute to Independent Dispute Resolution where our independent government-authorised dispute resolution provider will make the final call on the case.
How to raise a dispute
Top Tip! The more information you provide, the higher your chances will be of winning the dispute.
Once you raise a dispute, the Independent Dispute Resolution provider may take up to 28 days to determine the case. In cases where additional information is required to adjudicate the case, we urge you to promptly comply as not doing so may result in a delayed decision. Just like with traditional deposits, the independent dispute resolution decision is final and binding, and may not be disputed.
If the value of the disputed charge is reduced down by more than 75% from the submitted charges, the agent or landlord will be responsible for the adjudication fee of £100.
