Do tenants have to agree to use No Deposit?

Yes, all tenants have a choice on whether they want to rent deposit-free or pay a traditional deposit. If they would like to use our No Deposit solution, tenants will need to sign up to flatfair and agree to our terms and conditions. Please note that the property must have no more than 4 tenants (jointly and severally liable) and they must agree unanimously to use flatfair’s No Deposit solution.
