Your No Deposit check-in fee costs an equivalent amount to only 28% of a months rent (+VAT) for your accommodation or £120 (+VAT), whichever is greater. This will be split evenly between the tenants.
As with a deposit, tenants are responsible for any lawful charges at the end of the tenancy.
Example:
If Paul, the tenant, would like to rent a property costing £1000/month with flatfair, the check-in fee will be £280 (+VAT) which is the equivalent of 28% of a months rent (+VAT):
Monthly rent: £1000.00
Check-in fee (without VAT): £280.00
Check-in fee (including VAT): £336.00
