You can only cancel your flatfair plan within 14 days of purchasing the service, provided this is before your tenancy starts.
flatfair deems that the service is provided in full on the commencement date of the tenancy, so you cannot cancel your plan after that date unless your landlord agrees (and you may have to pay a cash deposit at that point).
