There are two ways to use Resolve:
- If you have already spoken to your tenants and have information about their current situation, you can go straight to proposing a rent arrears repayment plan by following the instructions on the screen.
For returning landlords who wish to create plans at a later date, log in using your account details and click “Create new agreement” at the top of the page.
- If you have not spoken to your tenants but have been asked to propose a rent arrears payment plan, or would like to discover more about your tenants’ current situation, follow the instructions on the screen.
Be sure to add each one of the tenants named on the tenancy agreement; all tenants must agree to any rent arrears payment plan.
Complete the steps and invite the tenants. They will receive a financial situation form to complete.
To check on the status of tenant forms, or to create a proposed rent arrears payment plan after a form is completed, log in and select the form you would like to view. Click “create a repayment plan” and follow the instructions to create the agreement.
