To submit charges against your boost protection, make sure that you have completed the deposit release process as defined by the deposit provider. This release process might involve some element of legal dispute via the courts in order to reach resolution with your tenants.
If this is the case you will need to have obtained a court judgment against the tenant before you are able to submit charges against your boost protection. Please upload this documentation to the platform in order to indicate that you have reached a final settlement of the deposit.
As stated in our terms and conditions, you have 28 days from the date of the final deposit release in order to submit charges against your Boost plan.
Don't worry - we will send you email reminders!
