If you are satisfied with the returned condition of the property and you are confident that there will not be any additional charges exceeding the value of the security deposit or the No Deposit Plan, you can close your Boost plan without charges. Closing your No Deposit plan without charges will automatically close your Boost protection.
It is very important that you are certain that the value of the deductions will not exceed the basic level of protection from your traditional deposit before choosing to close your Boost plan with no charges.
We always recommend that agents and landlords wait until the deposit has been released before choosing to close your plan.
Please note that once the deposit has been released you will have 28 days to submit charges against your Boost protection.
