We know that when tenants are living in a property for a while, rent increases are left to the landlord’s discretion. For traditional deposits, tenants aren’t expected to top-up their initial deposit amount and flatfair’s No Deposit works in a similar way.
This means that increasing your rent at an existing flatfair property won’t increase your flatfair Boost protection or your monthly subscription payments for that tenancy, unless a new plan was taken out by the tenants at the new rent rate.
