If tenant(s) decide to extend their tenancy, the Boost plan will automatically be extended and will remain in effect, provided that the plan is extended through the flatfair platform.
If the tenancy is not extended, the Boost plan will automatically expire in line with the end date of the original tenancy, or on the tenancy move out date, or within 24 months from the original tenancy start date (whichever comes first).
Don't worry – we’ll send you reminders.
There may be other reasons for your subscription to be extended, such as a tenant remaining in possession past the tenancy termination date, being unable to evict a tenant, abandonment, or ongoing section 21 or section 8 proceedings. Letting us know about these circumstances by emailing us at support@flatfair.co.uk as soon as you are made aware of them will help us simplify your end of tenancy process.
