Once you’ve submitted your Boost charges to the flatfair platform and they have become established, flatfair will notify you of your options which may include flatfair offering to purchase the debt for the value of up to six weeks’ rent at the property.
flatfair purchases landlord debt by way of an offer letter (which must be signed by the landlord within 20 days of receipt from our team), and an assignment document which legally transfers the debt over to flatfair. Once we have received a signed offer letter we will process the end of tenancy charge payment within one working day.
