How much does a flatfair No Deposit plan cost?

flatfair’s No Deposit is free for landlords and agents. 

For tenants, we charge a one-off check-in worth 28% of a months rent (+VAT) or £120 (+VAT), whichever is greater, which is then split between the tenants.

For example, if there are four tenants renting a property at £1000/month, the check-in fee for each tenant of the property would be £280/4 = £70 (+VAT).

OR

If there are four tenants renting property at £400/month, the check-in fee will be £120 (+VAT) split evenly between the tenants (since 28% of £400 is £112 which is below the minimum £120)

Just like a deposit scheme, tenants are responsible for any lawful charges after the tenancy ends.
