With Resolve, you can notify your agent or landlord about changes in your financial situation that may impact your ability to pay your rent in full or partially. Just follow these steps to begin the process:
- Go to resolve.flatfair.co.uk (and sign up using your email address). Follow the form to enter your current financial circumstances.
Make sure you upload some form of evidence to show that your circumstances have changed. This could be a Furlough letter, letter of reduced hours or letter of redundancy.
Once you’ve accepted the terms and conditions, and provided your landlord’s contact information, you can invite them to review the form by filling in your contact information and clicking “Invite landlord”.
- You will be notified by email if your landlord proposes a rent arrears repayment plan. In the meantime, we encourage you to contact your landlord or agent separately to remind them to review your form.
