In order to keep Boost protection in place, subscription payments must be maintained throughout the tenancy. If we’re unable to take a payment, the platform will automatically email you to let you know. If your payment details change, it’s vital that you contact us and update them as soon as possible. If after 30 days we can’t collect your payment then your Boost subscription will be automatically cancelled, voiding any additional protection. Please note, that if your Boost subscription is cancelled due to a missed payment, you will not be eligible to re-upgrade.
