If you are certain that you don’t want to submit any charges against a Boost plan, you will be able to close the plan with no charges, once you’ve provided us with the move out date. This option should be taken if you are certain:
- The value of the charges will be less than the value of the deposit
- There are no charges to submit
Should you decide to close the plan with no charges, you will not be able to resubmit charges later on. We would encourage you to have full visibility over the value of the potential charges before closing the plan.
