How much does No Deposit cost?

For agents and landlords, No Deposit is free! 

For tenants, we charge a one-off check-in fee costing 28% of a months rent (+VAT) or £120 (+VAT), whichever is greater. This amount is then divided evenly among the tenants.

Here’s an example of how it works: 

If there are four tenants renting a property at £1000 per month, the check-in fee would be £280 (+VAT), which is split evenly between everyone moving in.

OR

If there are four tenants renting property at £400 per month, the check-in fee will be £120 + VAT split evenly between the tenants (since 28% of £400 is £112 which is less that the minimum £120).

Just like a deposit scheme, tenants are responsible for any lawful end of tenancy charges.

Example:

If Paul, the tenant, would like to rent a property costing £500/month with flatfair, the check-in fee will be £140 (+VAT) 

Monthly rent: £500

Check-in fee (without VAT): £140

Check-in fee (including VAT): £168
